Côte de Provence Whispering Angel A selection of vines are harvested at optimum maturity. The vineyard has a southern exposure and the soils are chalky-clay. Barrels are not used in fermentation in order to extract fresh and fruity flavors. The wine is a blend of Grenache and Rolle. It is very light pink in color with an aromatic nose of herbaceous plants and flowers. It shows strawberries, lavender and minerals on the palate with a dry, clean finish. ■ Grape Varieties 86% Grenache, 10% Rolle, 4% Shiraz ※Cepage varies slightly according to vintage |
